Witches Brew – Coconut & dark chocolate infused rum,Tia Maria, cinnamon, cold milk (or milk alternative)

Lady Garden – Forest berry & hibiscus infused gin, elderflower, fresh lemon, raspberries & soda

Goddess – Peach & apricot white tea infused vodka, fresh lemon, ginger ale

Venus Rising – Earl Grey tea infused gin, elderflower, lemon slice & soda

Dream Time – Somerset lavender infused gin, lemon slice & soda

Zest for Life – Orange blossom infused gin, tonic, slice of orange

Beer, Cider, Gins, Wine & Soft Drinks

All our on tap drinks are made locally – Bristol Beer Factory Independence (pale ale), Sulis lager & North Street Cider. Most of our bottled beers are local too – Southville Hop (IPA), Optimist (single hop), El Choco (chocolate stout), Milk Stout, Fortitude (bitter) from Bristol Beer Factory and Kaleidoscope and Milk Shake from Wiper & True

Toast is an award-winning craft beer brewed with surplus fresh bread that would otherwise be wasted with profits to the charity, Feedback, to end food waste.

We have a wide range of European wines sourced through Gloucester Road’s independent Grape and Grind. Our sparkling wine is from the Italian Durello region. This the basis to our a couple of our cocktails and is popular as a welcome drink for guests at parties booked here

We like to keep waste to a minimum so our French house wines are bag in box to cut down on transport & bottle production.  We are also offer a range from Port O’Bristol, wines brought from Portugal by traditional cargo ships without engines.  No fossil fuels are used on their voyage; meaning this carbon negative system of transport makes our wines positively as good as local.

We have a range of delicious infused gins and rums by Cox & Baloney. Other local gins are the Gloucester Road Gin by Psychopomp6 o’clock, Cotswold Dry Gin Gin 77, Conker and Ship Shape & Bristol Fashion

Our apple juice is made from wonky fruit saved by Flawsome Drinks and we make our own soda water with a soda stream, thereby cutting out single use plastic bottles. We have a wide range of teas including delicious herbal blends by Cox & Baloney Fresh coffee beans are sourced from various Bristol suppliers, ground on the premises and served in cafetieres
